22:00 to 06:00. Night hours are the most expensive on the staff schedule, and the aisles are empty. Research on grocery stocking found night shifts stock about 50% more boxes per person-hour than day shifts (Muñoz et al., 2024). A robot works the same hours.
Your ovibot does these tasks on its own. In the app you see the shift report and any alerts. When something blocks it, a remote operator takes over: 12 hours a month are included, then €1,00 a minute.
