We install the robot, train it on your floor and sign the safety paperwork. It takes 4 to 8 weeks from signing, depending on the job and the humanoid.
Your ovibot runs itself most of the time, and you follow it in our app. When it gets stuck, a remote operator takes over: 12 hours a month included, then €1,00 a minute.
Repairs, spare parts and insurance are in the fee. If a robot cannot be repaired, a replacement arrives within 48 hours, for as long as the contract runs.
At month 12 or 24 you can swap to any other model we offer, for a fixed fee. We move, re-certify and retrain the new one.
Soon, another business will be able to take over your contract, with the robot. You owe nothing more.

A maker or its dealer can only sell you its own models. ovibot has assessed 25 makers and 33 models so far, and is tied to none of them, so we recommend the robot that fits the job.
Buy a humanoid and you keep it, even when a better one ships next year. With ovibot you can swap at month 12 or 24, for a fixed fee set before you sign.
The price to leave early is in the contract for every month, before you sign. At month 36 you can hand it back, renew or buy it at a price set on day one.
When you buy, the safety paperwork is yours. ovibot checks and signs it for the whole 36 months, and again after every swap.
