From 20 January 2027 the EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies to every new robot installation. Someone has to check the installation and sign for it.
Whoever substantially changes a machine takes on the maker's duties for it. Swapping a humanoid, moving it to another shop or updating it in a way that changes the risk can count as such a change.
Someone has to sign for the new setup each time. With ovibot, we check and sign it, at the start and after every swap, for the whole contract term.
