Night reset · Planned

Rounds through the night, spa and gym reset by morning.

After the last guests go up and the spa, gym and play area close, your ovibot walks a set route and resets each area: glasses and litter collected, loungers and mats straightened, light weights and toys put back, handles and surfaces wiped. It spots open doors, blocked fire exits and spills and sends a live view of anything wrong. A person checks every alert before anyone is called.

The hours it works

When it works.

From 23:00 to 06:00, after the spa, gym and play area close. Between rounds it can fold linen or set up breakfast.

How it runs itself

It runs itself. We step in when it gets stuck.

Your ovibot does these tasks on its own. In the app you see the shift report and any alerts. When something blocks it, a remote operator takes over: 12 hours a month are included, then €1,00 a minute.

Wheels cover the long corridors, and two arms do the wiping and putting back. If your building has steps between areas, the Unitree G1 EDU Plus manages them on two legs. Heavy dumbbells and weight plates stay with your staff. A wheeled patrol robot is cheaper for patrol alone; a humanoid earns its place when it also resets the rooms.

What we do not promise yet

What we do not promise yet.

It works in the spa, gym and play area only when they are closed: never while guests swim or train, or while children play. It does not lifeguard, and it does not look after children.

It does not stop anyone and does not replace your night porter or security company. It sees, records and alerts. It never goes into guest rooms, and guest registration and fire-warden duties stay with your night staff.

Safety and your data

Safety and your data.

No cameras in guest rooms, ever. Cameras point at the work, not at people. Faces are blurred at the edge and never stored. No face recognition, ever.

A GDPR impact assessment comes with every install, and staff are told before the first camera goes live.

On a fire alarm it parks out of the escape routes and stays out of the lifts. It never props open a fire door.

We sign the safety paperwork for as long as the contract runs. Your data →

Questions

Night reset: questions.

Does it replace our night porter?

No. Your night porter keeps the desk, guests and emergencies. The robot walks the building, resets the shared areas and reports what it sees.

Does it work in the kids’ play area?

Only after it closes. It puts toys back and wipes surfaces in an empty room. It does not play with or look after children.

Can it put the gym back in order?

Light weights, mats, foam rollers and towels, yes, and it wipes handles and benches. Heavy dumbbells and weight plates stay with your staff.

What happens on a fire alarm?

It stops, parks out of the escape routes and stays out of the lifts. It never props open a fire door.

Other hotel jobs

Other jobs the same humanoid can take on.

Check if it pays offin your hotel.

We come and watch a night and a breakfast, then tell you which job would pay for itself first. If none would, we say so.

How the free hotel check works

No sales deck. No hard sell.

  1. Tell us about your hotel and the job you have in mind.
  2. We visit and watch a real shift, and check your lifts and service routes.
  3. You get a straight answer, and a price if a job would pay for itself.
