Amenities stocked,towels at the door.

Your ovibot restocks the amenity store and housekeeping trolleys, refills minibars in vacant rooms and takes towels, pillows and small items to the room door. It rides your lifts and never goes into an occupied room.

The hours it works

When it works.

Restocking runs from 05:00, before housekeeping starts. Deliveries run when guests ask for something, day and night.

How it runs itself

It runs itself. We step in when it gets stuck.

Your ovibot does these tasks on its own. In the app you see the shift report and any alerts. When something blocks it, a remote operator takes over: 12 hours a month are included, then €1,00 a minute.

If taking things to the door is the only job, a wheeled delivery robot is cheaper, and we can run that on the same contract. A humanoid earns its place when it also restocks shelves, trolleys and minibars, which a delivery robot cannot.

What we do not promise yet

What we do not promise yet.

Your lifts need a robot connection. Many newer lifts have one; older lifts may need an upgrade from your lift company. We check this on the free hotel check and tell you the cost before you sign.

It never goes into an occupied room. Minibars are refilled only in vacant rooms.

Safety and your data

Safety and your data.

No cameras in guest rooms, ever. Cameras point at the work, not at people. Faces are blurred at the edge and never stored. No face recognition, ever.

A GDPR impact assessment comes with every install, and staff are told before the first camera goes live.

On a fire alarm it parks out of the escape routes and stays out of the lifts. It never props open a fire door.

We sign the safety paperwork for as long as the contract runs. Your data →

Questions

Room supplies: questions.

Does it work with our lifts?

If your lift has a robot connection, yes. If not, your lift company can usually add one. We check on the free hotel check and give you the cost before you sign.

Does it go into guest rooms?

Not occupied ones. It delivers to the door and refills minibars only in vacant rooms, before they are cleaned.

How do guests ask for something?

The way they do today, through your front desk. The robot then takes the item to the door.

Other hotel jobs

Other jobs the same humanoid can take on.

Check if it pays offin your hotel.

We come and watch a night and a breakfast, then tell you which job would pay for itself first. If none would, we say so.

How the free hotel check works

No sales deck. No hard sell.

  1. Tell us about your hotel and the job you have in mind.
  2. We visit and watch a real shift, and check your lifts and service routes.
  3. You get a straight answer, and a price if a job would pay for itself.
