Breakfast and banquets · Planned

Breakfast set before six, rooms laid before the meeting.

Before breakfast opens your ovibot sets out cups, plates, cutlery and packaged items. Before a meeting or banquet it lays the tables to your plan, and afterwards it clears them and takes the dishes back to the dishwash area.

The hours it works

When it works.

From 04:30 to 07:00 for breakfast, and around your event calendar for meetings and banquets. Early mornings and late evenings are hard hours to staff.

How it runs itself

It runs itself. We step in when it gets stuck.

Your ovibot does these tasks on its own. In the app you see the shift report and any alerts. When something blocks it, a remote operator takes over: 12 hours a month are included, then €1,00 a minute.

Laying a banquet room and carrying dish racks needs reach and stronger arms, which is why we would match the full-size Unitree H2 EDU. For breakfast set-up alone, the wheeled Unitree G1-D Ultimate is enough.

Against your staff schedule

What it costs against your staff schedule.

At €22,05 per salary hour on day shifts, the Unitree H2 EDU breaks even at 7,1 paid hours a day. On night hours at €30,05, it breaks even at 5,2.

What we do not promise yet

What we do not promise yet.

It does not serve guests at the table, carry hot drinks to guests or cook. It does not move tables and chairs.

If carrying dishes is the only job, a wheeled tray robot is cheaper. We will tell you if that is your case.

Safety and your data

Safety and your data.

No cameras in guest rooms, ever. Cameras point at the work, not at people. Faces are blurred at the edge and never stored. No face recognition, ever.

Anything it touches in the kitchen or at breakfast goes into your food-safety plan (HACCP), with separate routes for clean and used dishes.

A GDPR impact assessment comes with every install, and staff are told before the first camera goes live.

On a fire alarm it parks out of the escape routes and stays out of the lifts. It never props open a fire door.

We sign the safety paperwork for as long as the contract runs. Your data →

Questions

Breakfast and banquets: questions.

Does it touch food?

At first only packaged items and clean tableware. Its grippers and trays are food-contact grade and go into your kitchen’s food-safety plan (HACCP), with separate routes for clean and used dishes.

Can it follow our banquet layouts?

You give it the room layout and the table setting once; it lays each event to that plan. Your staff check the room before guests arrive.

Will guests see it?

Mostly not. It works before breakfast opens and between events.

Other hotel jobs

Other jobs the same humanoid can take on.

Check if it pays offin your hotel.

We come and watch a night and a breakfast, then tell you which job would pay for itself first. If none would, we say so.

How the free hotel check works

No sales deck. No hard sell.

  1. Tell us about your hotel and the job you have in mind.
  2. We visit and watch a real shift, and check your lifts and service routes.
  3. You get a straight answer, and a price if a job would pay for itself.
